David Keane, CEO and Founder, Organisational Solutions
David is a Chartered Work & Organisational Psychologist, since 2006, and a was made a Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland in 2021, due mainly to his two decades of educating clients on the correct use of psychometric tests. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from the IAPC&M and an MSc. in Work and Organisational Psychology from DCU. He specialises in the use of psychometrics for selection and development, team skills training, leadership development and emotional intelligence as well as other areas of HR and applied corporate psychology. David works with the top people in the most successful businesses in Ireland and Europe, as well as High Potential Start Ups, to achieve critical levels of leadership, individual and team effectiveness to deliver extraordinary business results.
A significant portion of his time is taken up working as an executive coach on leadership development and talent management programmes. He also sits on about a dozen Coaching Panels in both the Public and Private Sectors. The majority of his time is spent bringing his expertise and decades of experience, as an Organisational Psychologist, to the highest-level selection initiatives. He regularly consults with executive search firms to assist them in the selection of the highest calibre candidates from all over the globe. David is a leading contributor to the area of applied corporate psychology and continuously seeks to bring innovative, creative and flexible solutions to organisational design, culture, top talent management, leadership, people development and DE&I issues. Ensuring psychometrics are utilised in the correct manner as well as bringing new and innovative assessments to his clients is what David is most passionate about.
