It's important for all exhibitors to download the Exhibitor Services Manual to ensure that you are ready for Medical Technology Ireland 2026!


Checklist for Exhibitors

1. Exhibitor Badges
You can register for Exhibitor Badges free here

Your Exhibitor badges will be placed on your stand so please go straight to your stand on arrival at the Exhibition. You will not receive them in advance. If you need to amend your badge or collect additional Exhibitor badges at the Show, please do this on Tuesday 22 September from 14.00 or BEFORE 08.30 on Wednesday 23 September.

2. Furniture for your Stand

Please order any furniture needed for your stand IN ADVANCE from TOTAL EXPO at
Medical Technology Ireland 2026 – TOTAL EXPO Event Orders
*Please note: No furniture will be available on show open days!

3. Setting up your stand

You are advised to set up your stand on the build-up day on Tuesday 22 September, as there will be little time to do this before the Show opens at 09.30 on Wednesday 23 September. Any packaging must be removed from your stand before the Show opens.

4. Visitor Data Capture Scanners
Lead Retrieval is via the Medical Technology Ireland App this year.

5. Logistics for travel pre and post-show

Ceva Logistics offer a logistics service for transporting goods to and from the Show. Please arrange this in advance of the Show.

6. Public Liability Insurance

All exhibitors MUST have public liability insurance. You must provide a copy of your insurance policy and be insured for Public Liability to a minimum level of £2,000,000 or €2,500,000 or $3,000,000.

7. Breakdown

It is a contractual requirement that your stand is not dismantled in any way or product removed and remains manned until the show closes at 16.00 on Thursday 24 September.
Contractors will only be granted access into the halls once it is clear of all visitors.
